Submitting high-quality photos is just as important as completing your e-check-in form. If we cannot clearly see your skin as if you were sitting in front of us, we cannot create the most accurate and effective regimen for your needs.

📸 Consistency is Key Each time you submit check-in photos, ensure that they match your previous submissions in:

• Positioning

• Distance

• Lighting

• Location

• Clarity

 

Before submitting your photos, thoroughly watch the instructional video and review the provided PDF to ensure your images meet our standards.

⚠️ If Your Photos Are Not Acceptable

• You will be contacted via TouchMD email or text with a request to resubmit.

• Please resubmit your photos by the deadline provided to stay on track.

• Do not reply to the message asking if your resubmission is acceptable—this will delay the process. If we need additional corrections, we will notify you again.

• When photos are not acceptable, your check-in is moved to the bottom of our queue to give you time to correct and resubmit

⏳ Take Your Time—It Matters Think of your e-check-in as an in-person appointment—it deserves the same time and care. The goal of virtual check-ins is to offer convenience, not to cut corners.

Once your resubmitted photos are accepted, your e-check-in will be completed within 10 business days. If further corrections are needed, you will receive another request from our team.
