How to Stay on Track: Your Protocol, Check-Ins, and Ordering Timeline

📋 Before You Receive Your Protocol: READ THIS FIRST

⏳ Protocol Timing & Requirements

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your new protocol.
Our team reviews and creates hundreds of protocols weekly, in the order they are ready.

✅ “Ready” means:

Photos are submitted correctly
Check-in form is fully completed
Purchase history shows protocol compliance

If any of these are missing or off, your place in the queue is delayed. Expect longer wait times—closer to 10 days instead of 3–5.

📸 Photo Requirements = Non-Negotiable

Your photos must match our exact expectations or they will be rejected. This is crucial for safety and accuracy when treating your skin virtually.

📷 Follow photo guidelines exactly

Photos must be:

Same location, lighting, and position every time
Submitted with no filters, no makeup, and exact framing

If your photos are incorrect, our team must follow up with you—and your protocol will be significantly delayed.

🔍 What Else Causes Delays?

Missing check-in form info
Inconsistent product usage or gaps in purchase history
Failure to follow your previous protocol as prescribed

We do not go back and forth about how long products “should” last. Each product contains a fixed amount. If our records don’t show compliance:

Your protocol may revert to skin-strengthening
You may lose access to corrective protocols
Your membership may be canceled

📅 Appointments + Ordering Timeline

When we issue your new protocol, we automatically schedule your next check-in—assuming you will order all required products within 5 business days.

If that’s not possible, text us at 504-291-6322 to reschedule.
Your next appointment is timed based on product usage—and starting late disrupts your progress.

🚫 Do Not Start Until Fully Stocked

Start your new protocol only when you have all REQUIRED items in hand
If ordering in stages, continue your previous protocol until fully stocked

💊 RX Orders: Plan Ahead

RX orders may take up to 6 business days:

3 days for invoice
3 days for final approval after payment
Invoices cancel after 7 days of non-payment—then the process starts over.

Your protocol is designed for a specific time window—going past it breaks the plan
Missing your check-in = no longer following protocol correctly
If you miss your virtual check-in, your appointment is automatically rescheduled—and the next available may be 4–8 weeks out

🔁 The same rules apply to:

In-clinic patients (protocols are curated at no cost during microneedling sessions)
Anyone who habitually submits unacceptable photos
Anyone who fails to resubmit photos in the timeframe requested
