All appointments require a 30% deposit of the service price to schedule. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment if a 48-hour notice is given (Monday-Friday). Saturday and Sunday notices are not considered part of the 48-hour policy. We cannot guarantee availability for rescheduling at your preferred time/day at any time but will do our best to accommodate. Deposits are forfeited when less than 48-hour notice is given. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the entire appointment.
We accept cancellations only by completing the appointment form in our mobile app. We do not accept cancellation requests in any other form. This form is sent electronically in real-time. There will be no discrepancies in receipt.
