When Can I Expect Results?
Trust the Process—Your Skin Transformation is Just the Beginning
Most of our patients begin seeing significant improvements within the first 1–2 weeks of starting their customized corrective regimen—some even sooner. That said, skin health is a long-term journey. With consistency, your results will continue to improve month after month—even years down the road. Personally, my 52-year-old skin looks better now than it did at 22!
While many patients see a dramatic reduction in pigmentation within the first month, others may take longer. That’s completely normal.
✨ Your Journey Is Unique Your results depend on several factors:
-
Compliance with your protocol
-
Age
-
Genetics
-
Lifestyle habits
-
Diet
-
Overall health
Think of it like preparing for a big exam. Some students barely study and get top marks, while others study tirelessly and earn an average grade. Everyone has different circumstances, genetics, and skin history.
👉 The only skin you should compare your progress to is your own. Your story is yours alone. Focus on where you started and how far you’ve come.
The most important thing? Trust the process.

You’re here because of our proven success—and it’s unmatched for a reason. We’re really, really good at what we do. Stick to your protocol exactly as prescribed—no substitutions, no shortcuts—and you’ll be on your way to the best skin of your life.

Once I Get Results, Can I Stop Treatment?

You can, but your results will go away. No treatment, nor any skincare, is going to change your DNA, your internal and external aggressors, aging, or the fact that you’ve destroyed your skin for the past twenty years. Treatments and skincare trick the skin cells into behaving differently.
Once you stop what’s making them behave differently, they return back to old habits. Guarantee it! No matter what skincare or what treatment you are doing. Don’t be fooled.

Once My Pigment Goes Away, Will It Come Back?

If you do not follow your protocol EXACTLY--most likely, yes. And even if you do, it may still try to surface again. (There—I said it! The ugly truth that NO ONE wants to tell you.) Pigment is tricky. And no one is changing the fact that you have damaged melanocytes. Treating pigment effectively is tricky. We know the secret sauce. But treating skin pigment takes consistency.
If it tries to come back during maintenance when triggers get the best of it, you must do what we call "quick clean ups" and then maintain again. Sometimes only one cleanup is needed. Sometimes multiple rounds are needed. But the good news is that when you stay on top of it, those clean ups are easier and easier each time. Training an old dog to do new tricks isn’t impossible, it just takes consistency. For me personally, Dawn, with my own laser-induced pigment struggles, my pigment has not come back out in the past 20 years.

Does Spruce Treat Rosacea, Acne, and Other Skin Concerns?

We do treat skin by creating skin health. Once the skin is healthy, everything else falls in place. All issues begin to change. Treatment for one skin condition isn’t much different in approach and the theory isn’t much different than the other. The tools used and how they are used are just a little different depending. And, when treating one issue, often, all other concerns are corrected simultaneously. Our typical pigment patient also notes changes in skin texture, brightness, pore size, and fine lines and wrinkles.)

Can I Get Rid of Hypopigmentation (White Spots)?

Unfortunately, no one can reverse hypopigmentation. However, when we treat pigmentation, we bulldoze and redistribute existing pigmentation evenly across the skin, making hypopigmentation less noticeable.
