We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any skin care products. All items are considered “Final Sale.” We will accept exchanges for damaged goods only. The damaged goods must be reported within 3 days of package delivery or when purchased in the store. Photos must be submitted along with the lot number and exp date. Damaged goods must be returned to Spruce Micro within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once returned goods are received, Spruce Micro will ship the replacement free of charge.
