Our team reviews and creates hundreds of protocols weekly, in the order they are ready.

If any of these are missing or off, your place in the queue is delayed. Expect longer wait times—closer to 10 days instead of 3–5.
📸 Photo Requirements = Non-Negotiable
Your photos must match our exact expectations or they will be rejected. This is crucial for safety and accuracy when treating your skin virtually.

Submitted with no filters, no makeup, and exact framing
If your photos are incorrect, our team must follow up with you—and your protocol will be significantly delayed.

When we issue your new protocol, we automatically schedule your next check-in—assuming you will order all required products within 5 business days.

Your next appointment is timed based on product usage—and starting late disrupts your progress.
