
Pickup Policy
Eligibility for Pick-Up
Pick-Up is available only to local customers with an active All-Access Clinical Membership ($54.97 and up) who select the Pick-Up option at checkout or in the Product Request form. Orders must be pre-paid online, as no in-person purchases will be processed at pick-up. The only exception to this rule is for patients who have a scheduled appointment for a service, as they may place an order on-site during their visit. Customers will receive an email and/or text notification once their order is ready for pick-up.
Order Processing & Notification
Orders will typically be ready for pick-up within three business days after purchase. Customers will receive a "Ready for Pick-Up" notification via email and/or text message. Orders will not be available for pick-up before receiving this notification. Customers who arrive before their order is confirmed as ready will be asked to return once they have received their notification. Pick-up must be completed within seven running days of receiving the notification.
Timing Considerations
Upon arrival for pick-up, customers should allow up to 30 minutes for their order to be retrieved, as our team may be handling other time-sensitive tasks. Pick-up hours end at 2 PM, so we strongly recommend arriving well before to ensure there is enough time for order retrieval before the pick-up range closes for the day.
Pick-Up Location & Hours
Orders must be picked up at 1137 S Bernard Rd, Suite M, Broussard, LA 70518, United States. Pick-up hours are from 9 AM to 2 PM. Customers must bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order, along with the order confirmation email or text message, to verify their purchase at the time of pick-up.
Pick-Up Deadline & Unclaimed Orders
To maintain efficiency and avoid excessive storage of unclaimed orders, orders must be picked up within seven running days after notification. If an order remains unclaimed after five days, a reminder notification will be sent. If an order is not picked up within ten running days, it will be canceled and refunded, minus a five percent fee to cover transaction costs. If a customer is unable to pick up their order within the designated timeframe but wishes to avoid the penalty fee, they may request to have the order shipped for a $20 shipping fee, which covers shipping costs and additional administrative expenses.
Authorized Person Pick-Up
If someone other than the original purchaser will be picking up the order, the original customer must provide a written authorization via email or text detailing the full name of the authorized person. The individual picking up the order must present a valid photo ID that matches the authorized name before the order will be released to them.
Order Inspection & Issues
Customers should inspect their order at the time of pick-up to ensure accuracy. If an item is missing or incorrect, the issue should be reported before leaving the premises. Issues reported after leaving may be subject to additional verification and policy review. Any returns or exchanges must comply with Spruce Micro’s Returns Policy.
Late Pick-Up Consequences
Repeated delays or failure to pick up orders may result in order cancellation with a penalty fee.
Policy Enforcement & Exceptions
Spruce Micro reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or other special circumstances, subject to approval by Spruce Micro management. Customers with habitual non-pickups may be restricted from utilizing the Pick-Up option in the future.
