Lifespan of Products

Every protocol is carefully designed with specific pump counts per product, with no variation or negotiation in the prescribed usage. We know exactly how many pumps are in each bottle, and your purchase history is expected to align with your protocol at all times.

Failure to order as required to stay consistent with your regimen may result in the cancellation of your membership. We are committed to your success and take that responsibility seriously—which is why we do not compromise on the standards that produce results.

Our check-ins must reflect honesty so we can accurately assess and update your protocol. If you're struggling to keep up—whether due to financial reasons or other challenges—that’s okay. What matters most is open communication. We ask that you let us know via your check-in or through the Q&A form so we can make necessary adjustments and work together toward your skincare goals.

If your current circumstances require us to modify your protocol—whether to fit a tighter budget, simplify steps, or accommodate other limitations—it’s important that we’re aware. While the results may take longer and may not reflect the dramatic outcomes we’re known for, we can still significantly improve your skin when we align expectations and adjust the protocol together. What we cannot do is produce results from an incorrectly followed plan. Without honesty and consistency, results will not only fall short—they’ll likely be less than mediocre. Let’s work together transparently to ensure you get the best possible outcome, whatever your current situation.

What we cannot do is spend time debating how much product you believe you have left. We track every detail of your product history and usage—there is no guesswork or gray area. Let’s stay focused on what matters: results, consistency, and collaboration.

Please note that all protocol dosages are calculated specifically for use on the face and under the chin only. RX products should never be used on other areas of the body. Doing so will leave you without enough product to effectively treat your face—and prescription items cannot be reordered at your convenience.

If you choose to apply non-RX products to areas such as the neck or décolleté, you must adjust the number of pumps accordingly and understand that your products will need to be replenished more frequently.

We strongly recommend writing the start date on each product and noting when you’ll need to reorder. Always plan to reorder at least one week before running out. Running out of product—even for just a couple of days—can disrupt your progress and delay results.

Please keep in mind: having an upcoming check-in does not exempt you from maintaining your supply. Interruptions in your protocol compromise results. Missing even two days is the skincare equivalent of scoring a 71% (a D) on an exam. Don’t settle for less than average—your skin deserves better.
