Changing Your Billing Information for Membership
It’s important to keep your membership payment information up to date to avoid any disruption in your membership. If a membership charge fails, there is a 3-day grace period to update your card on file.
If payment is not successfully updated within that window, your membership will be automatically canceled. Rejoining would require waiting for the next open enrollment period and paying a new signup fee. Additionally, your protocol would need to be restarted from the beginning.
To avoid setbacks and delays in your progress, we strongly recommend ensuring your payment information is always current.
