New Patient Consult w/ Microneedling

Service Description

New Patient Consultation Your appointment includes a comprehensive new patient consultation followed by a complimentary full-face microneedling treatment during the same visit. If you prefer, we're happy to substitute a complimentary HydraFacial in place of microneedling. Optional Add-On Dermaplaning may be added at the time of your appointment for an additional fee. Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, a prepaid deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment if you notify us by text at least 48 business hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 business hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged the remaining balance of the appointment ($130). A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean skin and no face makeup. Eye makeup is perfectly fine. Online consent delivered must be completed BEFORE arriving at your appointment. Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Because our schedule is fully booked, we are unable to extend appointment times without impacting the patients scheduled after you. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will receive their consultation only. Unfortunately, the complimentary microneedling or HydraFacial cannot be performed due to time constraints. Patients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment. The appointment will be canceled, and the full appointment fee will be charged. These policies allow us to provide every patient with the full appointment time and exceptional experience they deserve while keeping our schedule running on time for everyone.
