Open Enrollment with Dawn

We offer membership to our patients, both in-clinic and virtually across the US. However, we only accept new members during open enrollment periods, and to attend it, you need to join our scheduled Zoom. A recording of the Zoom session is available for 72 hours to those who join. The cost of attending the Zoom is $100, and every attendee who joins our membership after the Zoom will receive a $100 promo code that they can use on their first order.
