
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following guidelines:
In-Clinic Appointments:
A deposit is required to schedule any in-clinic appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to your rescheduled appointment if a 48-hour notice is provided (Monday-Friday).
Notices given on Saturday and Sunday do not count toward the 48-hour policy.
To Reschedule or Cancel:
Reschedule your appointment within the cancellation window by visiting www.vagaro.com/sprucemicro.
Availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on the clinic's schedule.
Zoom Consultations:
Payment is required at the time of booking for all Zoom consultations.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are forfeited if less than 48 hours' notice is provided.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
