Spa Membership

Spa Membership is designed for those who plan on maintaining bbg microneedling  and/or HydraFacial.   We discount only the first service.  In order to receive future discounts, spa membership is required.  No contract.

Scheduling

Call or text us to schedule.  A 25% deposit is required to schedule all new appointments and appointments lasting more than 2 hours.

Cancellation policy and pre-scheduled appointments

Because the lack of room on the books, the cancellation policy is STRICTLY enforced.  No shows and late cancellations will be charged a fee to reschedule, and all pending appointments will be cancelled.  Future appointments will have to be booked on an individual basis after two cancellations or one late cancellation or no show.

    Appointments not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment are automatically cancelled. Confirmed appointments cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time. AN APPOINTMENT IS NOT CONSIDERED CANCELLED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION VIA TEXT.  Late cancellations for any reason or no shows will be charged $50 to reschedule + the cost of the session or at the next pre-scheduled appointment ($200 for all SMP, Lip Blushing, and Camouflaging appointments.)  (NO EXCEPTIONS)   After two cancellations within a calendar year, all pending appointments will be canceled and will have to be rescheduled or put on waitlist and will be required to pay rebooking fee + cost of session when booking.  All new guest ap Please arrive on time and make sure that electronic consents are signed before arriving for all new guests.  Please arrive without makeup.
